AlwaysLookin80 1,308 #2 Posted December 9, 2015 If I had a ground level basement I'd do the same thing. I assembled mine by the fireplace in our sunroom. Surprisingly it didn't both her that much.

Of course.....I'm sure their women were not around when discussing this. I've threatened to bring them in the house as well, but the wife won't have it. It's not over yet. 15 minutes ago, N3PUY said: Measure twice ... push once! That beauty deserves a heated environment anyway!

Retired Wrencher 4,898 #14 Posted December 10, 2015 (edited) You Guys have to get some heaters for your work area. I pick up a dual burner that goes on you propane tank works great keeps your work area warm. A 30.000 BTU a 20lb tank on low will last about 20hr and only cost about $20 to fill. And it was around $90. last year. I all so bought this year a 30.000 to 60.000 BTU Fan forced propane heater to warm up the work area. A bit nosey but throws out some heat at 60.000 BTU. When it is around 60 degrees I switch to the smaller heater to keep it warm. Nice set up. you work in your garage all year. Gary B...
