BairleaFarm 340 #1 Posted November 29, 2008 Pricey little suckers for what they are. Do you all replace yours with toro ones or buy elsewhere? I bought on off ebay for the b100 and it seems to be working well. I just ordered a different brand off ebay for the b80
Teddy da Bear 11 #2 Posted November 29, 2008 I wanted to get one for my one tractor. Saw them at the Rural King for about $125. Don't know if you can use any one or are there different types?
Jim_M 179 #3 Posted November 29, 2008 As long as it will handle 12 volts it will work.
sorekiwi 761 #4 Posted November 29, 2008 A lot of guys like the "Tiny-tach". Its a tach but it has an hour meter too. There are different types, - for some reason the Kohler one is "special". I think it'd be handy having a tach on the dash too. http://www.tinytach.com/tinytach/index.php

jerrell 1 #8 Posted December 6, 2008 I just saw one on a site that i am getting my regulator from, can't remember the name , will research again and post, but for 34.00 you get hr meter and tach, plus a life time garrantee. you mount with two screws and just wrap a tiny wire 5 times around the spark plug wire or wires for 2 cyls. a neat item. i bought the tiny tach and it's great for tuneing up a motor, and takes the guess work out of time when the oil needs changing. BairleaFarm 340 #12 Posted December 7, 2008 He Swiped that cover plate off the C160 - hour meter too, How dare you accuse me of that. The c160 plate is hanging on my wall I think(ill get hat back to you next time i see ya) I forgot to grab it. Ive beleve ive also got the one that the regulator was mounted to but its broken. This meter came from ebay. I threw away the one that was on the C160. If you look under the hood there should be a digital one laying by the tank
KyBlue 655 #13 Posted December 8, 2008 Well if youve got it, my apology but after flipping thru your pictures (which i cannot seem to find again) it was a identical Hr meter, and if I recall you got the one that was on the C off Ebay. thats the best photo I can find - dont rember where i found the other. if you have that plate great, if you need one, well we can fire up the plasma cutter and trim you one out Try out the plow with that lil bit of snow we had??
