motox25 36 #1 Posted September 17, 2015 I recently took a trip to Auburn Indiana where Auburn, Cord and Duesenberg cars were built back in the 30s for their annual gathering and didn't realize it was so close to Southbend. Those cars were another fine product to come out of Indiana. I live in Oklahoma where the company was purchased and moved to in the 60s and I work on the cars in the factory in my spare time, great machines just like Wheelhorses.
SALTYWRIGHT 859 #2 Posted September 17, 2015 I had two cords and a 1932 duesenberg back in the fourtys. one of the cords had an olds motor in it. the dues had 32,00 miles on it. that was my car the last year in high school. 1947. those cars were very cheap back then. I paid $200.00 for the dues. from a buick dealer. russ
