Hi Seven,

In the simplest terms, as long as the output shaft of "any" engine is inch and an eighth, the length is minimally 2.75 inches, (some have been able to go a bit shorter), and the keyway is quarter inch, a standard wheelhorse PTO bell/assembly will fit it from the 70's thru to the end of the classic in the 90's. Some older engines had a one inch shaft but the overwhelming majority of PTO's are 1 1/8".

The Commando 800 should have a 1" shaft.
The 8hp Kohlers Wheel Horse used have a 1" shaft.
A few of the early 10hp Kohlers Wheel Horse used have a 1" shaft.
All the Briggs and Stratton engines Wheel Horse used have 1" shaft.

It is the electric clutch that defines the Electro 12. Other than that it is basically a Charger 12.

You got it! That's pretty much it! (As long as the motor was originally on a Wheelhorse)!
