octfst 378 #3 Posted July 18, 2015 Just ran in to this problem myself. there not same. The 702 tool box is different from the 854. I think they are the same shape but the holes are in different positions. you could use the 702 tool box with fenders. that would bolt right on and look good but there not the same. you might be able to use just the fender if you drilled new holes in the fender to match the 854 tool box.
