LastPass password manager was hacked, so if you use it, change your master password immediately.

To be clear, passwords or hashes were not stolen. Only emails and password hints. (So watch out for phishing attempts)

They have taken some very good steps to thwart the hackers like email verification from new IPs and it would be good to change your password (supposed to be changed at regular intervals anyway).

The best thingthing about lastpass is the ability to set up two factor authentication, which I have and highly recommend. Ive been using them (as a paid member) since very early on and have always been impressed with their product and customer support.

Oh definitely! I still think people should change them, i just didnt want anyone over reacting.
