Brrly1 1,146 #26 Posted May 31, 2015 Hello Lawnboy63, kind of curious if you found out any prices? I would just about bet it was probably twice that amount???? Any hints???
lawnboy63 18 #27 Posted June 1, 2015 Talked with foundry on Friday and as I said before it will cost about $1 per lb. to have weights cast. Would also have to factor in the cost of pattern.
Brrly1 1,146 #28 Posted June 1, 2015 $350 - $400 probably at a minimum
mels 174 #29 Posted June 1, 2015 Hey Tom,Why don't you and John get together and buy these wheel weights? They come with a FREE tractor! http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/topic/56627-c-195-for-sale/
pacer 3,159 #30 Posted June 1, 2015 Heres another variation on weights for the 15" wheel. This is on a 18 auto I just bought. I dont really need them for anything I do- as I start cleaning up the tractor and remove them I'll likely get rid of them. Making a pattern would certainly be easier here. I suppose shipping would be a killer on something like this...
Brrly1 1,146 #31 Posted June 2, 2015 To be truthfully honest I'll opt for original or find another set of Case rear weights which are basically the same weight different holes around 10lbs lighter
Brrly1 1,146 #32 Posted June 3, 2015 Lawnboy63, so your saying if you have a pattern you can get castings at a $1 a pound?? Just want to be sure, it's also a finished casting???
