Help me!

Here is a picture of the deck and the parts for the deck.

This is going on a 1969 Raider 12.

How the heck does this work?????????

Does someone have a good photo or diagram of how I need to put this on the Raider?

Please and thank you-

Kate

This is a most unwieldy apparatus ever designed....accordingly, almost impossible to describe how to put it together.  You only need one of the half-moon shape parts and onlyu one of the idler pulleys that have a 'stem' on it.

I will try to chase down some schematics that should help....

my direct email is:  daveoman@fwindstream.net

contact me there as it is much easier for me to send pics and stuff in regular emails.

I'll print it, study it, take a deep breath, and give it a whirl, Daveoman!

Let me know if I can ever return the favor.  Many thanks!

I couldn't help with mounting that as I have later models. I did see the latch for the "Speed Hitch" was missing from your parts. Click on hitch and lift link speed hitch and look for Part no. 7-01

Can you post a pic of your tractor between the front axle and rear wheel so we can see if you have anything already installed on the frame?

It really isn't that much different than the later style as far as how the mower mounts. The drive off the PTO has a few more parts but it's pretty straight forward. If you had a front mule drive on your tractor the newer style belt setup will work but you don't have that. Being handed a box full of parts can be overwhelming but just reassemble one part at a time as you study the drawing and before you know it you'll have it together. :)

I don't see the roller for the tension cam.  Had to make the roller on mine as

it is rather expensive new.  And had to see if I could.
