109550 is not correct.

Could be

10955C used in 1991 model 41-20OE02 and 1992 model 41-20OE03

10955D  used in 1993-1995 model 73501

10955G  used in 1996 model 73501 and 1996-1997 model 73502

In your search for info @ Toro there is occasions where a serial number is required.

For 1991 use 1012345 with model number 41-20OE02 - Notice the O is for Onan

For 1992 use 2012345 with model number 41-20OE03

Once upon a time I had a list of Onan serial numbers but can't find it now. The letter starting the serial number changed each year so suspect that is how the year of manufacture was recorded. They did start at A I believe and advanced each year but don't remember when it started. That won't guarantee tractor model year as the engines are always built a few months before the tractor but an engine built in 1992 sure didn't end up on a 1991 model. The 1991 models would have been released in October of 1990 and 1992 models in October of 1991 like they do with autos today.

cheesegrader

for the 91' 520H

serial numbers are 1000001 to 1999999

My numbers will work on the Toro site

1991 520H

Model 41-20OE02

Serial 1032376

Be sure to be careful entering the number zero and the letter "O"

You also have to use the - after the first two numbers

For model 73501, you have to enter a 7 digit serial number, even if your tag only has 6 digits (grrrrrrr...don't ask how long it took me to figure this out!)

For example, the tag on my '94 is serial 4901137

49  for the '94 model run, tractor 1137 in the run

The Toro site won't work unless you enter a 7digit serial number on 520 tractors

Just add an extra zero, and it will work  (49001137)
