motor12 367 #1 Posted January 10, 2015 Out of my garage and into a work space where I don't park cars. It's got heat and air plus lots of light and lots of electrical outlets. Still needs paint, landscaping, entrance ramp and a whole lot inside. Here's a few photos.

pacer 3,160 #4 Posted January 10, 2015 That is COOL ---- or WARM! Tell us a bit about that pre-fab type construction, looks like a nice way to put up a building/shop. Is it a local company? wondering if they might be in my area.
64s 83 #5 Posted January 10, 2015 inside walls are painted silver? Looks like T1-11 over galvanized, but unsure of the purpose - probably extra strength. Either way, wish I had a dedicated space for myself. Good Luck!!!!
motor12 367 #6 Posted January 10, 2015 That is COOL ---- or WARM! Tell us a bit about that pre-fab type construction, looks like a nice way to put up a building/shop. Is it a local company? wondering if they might be in my area. It's mfg by Tuff shed a national company. One of the factories is about 30 miles from my location. The side walls are pre fab and arrived without windows or door which are installed on site. The base and floor joist are all metal 16 in on center. the side walls are siding with a foil backing. Very happy with it, looking forward to getting moved in.

Geno 1,928 #8 Posted January 11, 2015 Very nice Motor. How long did it take to build it?
motor12 367 #9 Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) Very nice Motor. How long did it take to build it?The shell was erected in one day, had the electrician for four hours the next day. It sure is nice to have juice when working inside a building. Now I can take my time with the bench, shelves, painting, etc.. The guys that put it up have been with the company 8 years so they know what to do. Time is money, so they say. Edited January 11, 2015 by motor12

motor12 367 #11 Posted January 21, 2015 I'm 95% in, and you're right it gets smaller real quick. My wife felt sorry for me and said I can store my motors and horses in her side of the garage that way my small shop won't become a storage shed.
