Ok guys. Me and the brother just picked it up. The 50 dollar wheel horse. The owner let me have it for 40 dollars. 10 bucks off. At least it was saved from the scrap heap. AND only about 3 miles from my home.

Went to check the oil. What you see pouring out is a gas oil combination of ****. But...75 percent gas. Gee I wonder why the engine won't pull through....must be broke. Lol

I thought that the gas went in that hole, and the oil went in the big container at the top of the mower. Don't engines burn more oil than gas? :ychain:  :laughing-rofl:  :laughing-rofl:

Ok...to start I thought at least pull that motor off to throw it away.

Does this pulley set up look right?

In other words should I save them or toss them? A real ham n egg set up. Just don't want to throw real wheel horse stuff away.

looking at the stuff that is coming out of the oil hole, looks a lot like the oil a mate of mine had in his home made atv, it had a carb that didn't stop overflowing, might want to check that and get it running for now so you can test the trans and deck

Good looking tractor! Definitely worth trying to save in my opinion.

It does look lost in that massive trailer tho   .

Normally the double pulley would be to the outside.  The bushing just lets you use the 1 inch pulley work with the 3/4 shaft.

What he said.^^^  There may be nothing wrong with that motor other than a float valve leaking.  A carburetor kit could be all it needs.

Junk the Chinese motor and get you a H60 or HH60 Tecumseh on there!

You really did get a nice Wheel Horse for the money!

Whoever put that HF "Greyhound" on this tractor saved it from the scrap heap years ago. I'm sure it would have been long gone.
