Ken B 3,189 #11 Posted October 18, 2014 The guys sitting on top of the trucks roof in the middle of the river got me laughing pretty good. My wife told me yesterday some one who had a few too many to drink ran a stop sign and drove their car right into Candlewood lake yesterday or the day before... I wish I saw that! The wet paint sign is hilarious... I worked on the electrical maintenance crew at the local mall for a few yrs. You wouldn't believe how often people touch or sit in wet paint. You can have the biggest sign in the world, dozens of them in fact, it don't matter because sooner or later that special some one always come along! I can remember a time one of the painters was repainting the parking space lines in the parking garage... He barricaded off a section right around a turn going up the garage. When he didn't have quite enough cones and ran out of yellow caution tape for his barricade he used two FULL five gallon pails of yellow paint. When I saw that I told him, dude, that can only go bad. It wasn't ten seconds later that a car came ripping around the turn and plowed right thru the barricade... I looked at him and I had to laugh, What a MESS! Another time one of the landscapers was driving the brand new Chevy one ton dump. He must have raised the bed and forgot to lower it all the way... When he went to park it in the parking garage, holy smokes he must have been doing 20 because he tore that thing up! I gotta tell ya, it was a daily idiot show working at that mall...
