The entire plate thickness is 3.5"

 

That would make sense. Mine ended up at 3.75 which would explain the couple extra pounds. Don't smash a finger installing those things. Treat with care and respect. Iron that size always wins.

Brrly, good idea.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

 

If you don't have the etching equipment, maybe a sand blaster?  Make a mask with the WH logo on it and blast away.  Try it on a piece of scrap metal first to make sure you like it.

So I finally got the new Wheel weights painted and mounted. I went with the same flat black as my stack. 

 

I will post some pictures later tonight. After I make some room by moving the Lawn Ranger inside next to the dining room table.  :)
