oldredrider 2,547 #2 Posted October 3, 2014 The K321AS engine will bolt right in but you will need a different drive pulley. The 14hp uses a 1 1/8" pulley while the 8hp uses a 1". I have a 12hp K301AS for sale if interested. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Racinbob 10,306 #3 Posted October 4, 2014 (edited) As Paul said, it will bolt right in. Just don't use the riser plate that's under the 8hp. You'll also need a different bearing race in the PTO to accommodate the larger engine shaft. There's some minor differences in the PTO brackets and you can get the parts but it's really easy to adapt what you already have. The 10-16 hp motors will all fit fine with these changes.
