boovuc 1,090 #2 Posted August 16, 2014 Couple things come to mind. My 416 would pop out once and a while. The bushing on he PTO lever on my 416 is cracked and has a lot of play on it. Also, the PTO itself needed adjusted. (Too loose). Look at that bushing where the PTO lever goes through the tin. Check for play. Also make sure the PTO shaft has some moderate resistance when engaging the PTO clutch. If not, adjust until you have resistance three-quarters of the way pushed forward all the way into the locked position. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
