211-A No start... No spark

Got a chance today to check this out.  Been sitting for 6 years in a shed.  The fuel tank grommet

had disolved and the shutoff had fallen out of the tank so I knew a carburetor cleaning was the

first order of business.  Then no spark.

 

First under the shroud.

 

Guess the little critter didn't like a power line in the middle of his house.

 

 

A little digging the wire out of the coil and epoxied the new wire in and the critter will have something

to chew on next winter.
