leeave96 487 #1 Posted April 14, 2014 I know the maximum points gap on a Kohler engine's points is something like .020 inches. What is the max or minimum setting you have found on your Kohler engines? Anyone using a timing light to set the points gap vs static? The points push rod. I assume it will pull straight out of the block? Is this a wear item that ought to be replaced from time to time? If so - when or what length or something else? Thanks!
