zieg72 209 #1 Posted April 12, 2014 Quick question. I have a 1992 520H and 416-8, P220 and P216. Are the 9 Pin connectors wired the same? I'd like to try the P216 in the 520H due to the P220 dropping a cylinder. Thanks in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Desko 552 #2 Posted April 13, 2014 I gave neither of these tractors but I would say yes as the engine electronics are the same but the p216 does not have the elbow on the intake for the vacuum gauge but other than that they are the same as far as I'm concerned Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Martin 2,131 #3 Posted April 13, 2014 (edited) first pic shows the 416 (p216) engine harness, second shows the 520 (p220), the only differences i see is on the 416 9 pin the tach and cylinder temp wires aren't connected to anything. the best thing i would suggest is since you have both harnesses compare them. get the plugs oriented the same way (some of the pin holders on the connector are round and some have flat spots to key the plug a certain way) and see if they are the same........
