Can I swap a K241S with a K341 engine on a C-100?

Hello,   I have a 1974 C-100 with a K241S engine in it which is in great shape...but the 10hp engine is junk.  I am looking at buying a 1975 C-160 with a K341 engine in it.  My plan is to replace the engine on the C-100 with the K341.  Will this be a simple swap or are the engines different?

Yes, both engines are sold mount with a big base pan.  Should be a very easy swap.  The hard part would be swapping pulleys and the lifting of course.

Thanks for your help. Now I will take a look at the donor machine.  Only has about 100 hrs on the 16 hp engine....so would be a great swap.
