Anglo Traction 761 #1 Posted December 5, 2013 Areas have been hit pretty hard up North. Hope all are ok and if without power, that you get it back soon. Going to be a cold one up there tonight. Next to be hit is the Full East Coast with the Sea Flood Warnings on Amber this evening. Could be the worst in 60years so the News says. Stay safe .

neil 2,410 #7 Posted December 5, 2013 (edited) Steveo , If i was twenty years younger there is no way that i would stay in UK any longer, especially the way things are here nowadays & i would gladly take your offer & move to the states . Our Government has just about finished to country off , & they do not give a toss about how people are surviving here . Dont get me on this one If you really want me to sound off . I once was proud to be British but not anymore , because Britain is not Britain anymore Edited December 5, 2013 by neil

Some snow on the fells and the coast is on a flood warning due to a tidal surge on its way. Going to hit the east coast harder though.

Anglo Traction 761 #25 Posted December 22, 2013 Signs of Flooding appearing in my area already. The River Mole has burst it's banks in the Low lying areas and flooding the fields and some roads. Have another 2 lots of heavy rain and winds due through over the next 2 nights. No Flood issues for me or most in my area, but will be a problem in other parts of the UK & Euro area. Anybody having problems yet?.
