K181s fuel Pump

So I was taking my engine apart today for a tune up and a good cleaning.  Pulled the fuel pump and there is no arm.  I read on here that some were crank case pressure actuated, how do I tell if that is what I have?

I pulled the oil pan to see if it was down there and found nothing.

My K181 on my 704 is a vacuum pump. The hole in the pump should be completely empty. I would think if it had an arm and it broke, you would see evidence that something had broken.
