squonk 43,710 #5 Posted November 4, 2013 Red Green would have put bigger tires on it and driven it into the shop! Marlin Perkins would have been proud
Stormin 9,984 #6 Posted November 4, 2013 A 'Tenner' ($16-ish) for that Fork Lift ! It had been sitting unused for years in the garage of my last workplace. Got it for less than scrap value when I retired. Came in handy when building the workshop, getting blocks, mortar and tiles up on the scaffolding.
flyovrcntry 115 #7 Posted November 11, 2013 When I first saw this I thought you were going to say you tried to enter the garage with it ,and tore it off on the header. I had a pick-up truck that I added a set of racks to.I pulled into the carwash that I had used for years..The door had 7 feet of clearance, but the racks were 7'2".It didn't tear them off,but it made the stake holes a little larger on my truck. Stormin 9,984 #10 Posted November 11, 2013 Ever thought about welding it to the front of a wheelhorse Norm Yes! It would be possible, but not welded. Make up a frame to go underneath the horse with an extension out the rear for weight/weights. Fork assembly mounted on the front. No! Stop it! Stop it!
