Got this little bugger bout a month ago and since I'm in serious need of paintin practice. I thought what better to practice on than a tractor that I can sell and not miss. Well as things go got a little attached to this now cute bugger. MIght just keep her.

Being a stickler went ahead and replaced a Bunch of stuff, now I dont think I could brake even but I think I got this paintin thing "sorta " figured out. :banghead: Got everything to finish it up exept a seat, but i might put a logoed seat on it, dunno as of yet :USA:

:banghead: Nice job, what paint did you use?? how far apart did you take it? Looks like it was in good shape to start, that is always a plus, much less prep work.

Its IH Valspar from Tractor supply. A freind stopped by and give me acouple of pointers. One is paint it, wait a couple of days wet sand with 600 or so and paint it again. He said it makes the POP, and he wasn't kiddin. but I only did that to the hood and fender pan.

I took it down to just the dash support was left, front axel and the trans,

I am also redoing the deck.

And a rookie I am! :banghead:

Decided to put a logo seat on it because theres a little festival next weekend and a few of us around here are taking some tractors. I'll be takeing the C195,C160 and the C81. So they all got the wash and wax treatment.

Anyway I got it done, here be the finished product. 003-6.jpg001-3-1.jpg002-3.jpg004-5.jpg006-2.jpg
