Yahoo email account gone

:whistle: Thursday I went to log into my yahoo account and couldn't, no how, no way. Trying to find my way around the Yahoo site to get help but everything basically said " for log-in help, login and contact us........or change password...." IF I COULD LOG IN I WOULDN'T NEED LOGIN HELP !!! I logged into another Yahoo account that I have and have been exchanging emails with yahoo for the past two days trying to work this out. The account that is closed is the one that all the groups I own or moderate are resistered to, plus my address book has a few email addresses and phone numbers I'd really hate to lose Finally this morning I got a fax number from them where i can send some personal information and they MAY be able to help me out Here's keeping my fingers crossed

Buzz-sorry about your headache's and loss..

Me-myself--I use and go on the Yahoo groups from time/time..but, to me they are hard to navigate around--and I don't like their e-mail set-up. I changed mine over to msn.com and couldn't be happier....

Sorry to hear of your yahoo woes. I take it the groups you're locked out of includes the manuals groups. If so, that would be bad news. Maybe Jason can help? B)

Oh yeah i could rejoin the groups........if Jason and Garry would let me , but I'm hoping I'll get a response to my fax so it won't be necessary. If I don't hear anything by Monday night I'll make other plans. I've never had a problem with Yahoo email before, I like the vast amount of storage space they allow. My comcast account is half full with only a dozen or so messages........

:USA: Still no word from those wonderful, thoughtful, caring customer service people at Yahoo since I faxed them Saturday . I emailed them again to ask if there was a phone number to speak to an honest-to-God real life person but of course the freaking idiots haven't responded I hope when they go home tonight their mothers crawl out from under the porches and bite them.............. :omg:

Don't give up hope.... I accidentally deleted my login profile from Yahoo about two years ago, and after a few days of emailing it was able to be fixed. I'm sure you'll get this resolved.
