Guessing it looks similar to one of these

LTD-24, LTD-242, LTD-243, LTD-244, 7-2211, 7-2212, 67-05DC01, 77-05DC01, 87-05DC01, 97-05DC01, 07-05DC01

You can get  a quick look here

https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro

Take a model number with you.

Some of the manuals are in the library here at RS.

Where did you find the serial number on your cart?

Some had ID tags bolted to the tongue, others had a sticker on the front of the tub, and others had no ID.

How about posting some pictures of the cart and the decal. Might be able to give you some info from pictures. Decals changed over the years.

The carts are all the same for about 20 years, if you repaint it and want to match your tractor, just put the correct style decals on it, with out a ID tag no one will know or care.
