Installing a swept forward axle on my 520H.

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of figuring out how to put the 60" deck I bought last month at the show on my 520H. Obviously I need (and have) the swept forward front axle. Many of the posts I've found on the forum suggest using the 520 HC steering and tie rods to replace the 520H stock controls. Will using the stock 520H steering components & tie rods work with a swept axle? Also wondering if anyone has a step by step for something like this?

Appreciate any and all thoughts.

You will need the swept tie rods, and at least build a adapter to use the stock lower steering shaft, or buy a complete gear reduction set up.
