mid60's 93 #1 Posted July 17, 2013 I recently picked up a 10 Blade Wheel Horse Disk, but cannot find any information on a 10 blade disk. It looks just like the 7-1512 except for the number of blades. My question is did Wheel Horse make a 10 blade disk or did someone add a blade to each side. There is one spacer on each side that has no paint. This make me wonder. Other than that it looks original and works great. I will leave it as is except for a paint job, just wondered. Thanks. Larry

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 10,513 #3 Posted July 17, 2013 There was a 6-disc 24" harrow for the walkbehinds and the rest all appear to be 8. 32", 42", 48" tandem (16) and 50". Garry

jwl 75 #6 Posted August 1, 2013 Thanks, I was trying to get a mental picture of how it looked. Most disc used a pair of hanger between the four blades. A while back I saw one that only used one hanger per side, but still had the 4 blades. It differed by using a pair of angle irons for a frame, were the gang could slide in and out, though the slot between the irons. The hitch made me think it was wheel horse type product. Funny how there doesn't seem to be any pictures , manuals or brochures for the walk-behinds before 1954. I was under the impression that the tractors were built from 1948 up, is one form or another.
