D Series Snoblower

Recommended Posts

Austin860

Aquired this snowblower with a tractor, owner had not used the blower, only the plow. Said it worked and ran before he removed it. Is there anything I should check before running it so I don't break anything?

Any additional info on this would be great, thanks

Hmmmm.  I would have to say that it would be a great idea to lubricate all of the moveable parts and hit any grease fittings you can find with a grease gun.  Is there by any chance a gearbox?  You might want to check the oil if that is the case.

At the least, I would hunt down a copy of the manual on the internet.

Other than that, they are pretty robust.
