Tecumseh or Kohler on a Raidar 10??

A friend of mine has a Raidar 10 and he says he is sure it has a Tecumseh engine. I was always under the impression these had the Kohler engine. Or maybe they used both engines? Which would be correct?

The 1970-71 Raider 10s had the Tecumsrh HH100 engines. The 1972-74 Raider 10s had the Kohler K241S engines. What year does he have?
