mrmowitall 8 #1 Posted June 19, 2013 I had nothing at the shifter. I pulled it off and the rod needs to be welded. However is that area supposed to have grease in it. Mine seem to be dry. Which is probably why my shifter snapped. it was fine when I parked it last year. I couldn't get it out of gear and used some force. That's how I broke it.
