42 " REAR DISCHARGE DECK

I HAVE A 42" REAR DISCHARGE MOWER DECK ON A C120 WHEELHORSE.

I CAN NOT GET IT TO CUT LEVEL AND IT LEAVES 2 ROWS OF UNCUT GRASS AND ONE SIDE SCALPS..

 

HOW DO I MEASURE THE DECK TO SEE IF IT IS TWISTED.

OR IF ONE SPINGLE IS LOWER THAN THE OTHERS.

 

AFTER OVER 30 YEARS OF USE I MAY JUST NEED A NEW DECK.

 

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The best way to tell if a deck is warped is to remove it turn it upside down and check to see if all the blades line up level when end to end. Also check the deck for cracks around there the spindle mount and height adjustment and rod mounts.. The height adjustment rod could also be bent allowing one side of the deck to be lower.  Post pictures if you can may help to see what is wrong.

+1 and make sure your blades are not mounted upside down - don't ask me how I know that...
