Slot To Clevis Adapter

I've got a slot hitch and a clevis hitch moldboard plow. Do you know if an adapter was ever made to make the clevis implement fit the slot hitch?

Any idea of a part number of the slot (or sleevee) hitch?

I might want to install the slot hitch on one of my 400's. If so, do I need the

chain and rod ass'y? Can I just use the cable?

I'm using the clevis hitch arrangement on my tractors and just swapping out the clevis hitch bracket for the slot hitch bracket.  I know don't know off hand the part number, but the manuals for both (which have the part numbers) are available for download on this website - which I have done myself.

 

I haven't did the swap of hitch brackets yet, but plan on using the clevis hitch cable/chain assembly as is.
