Does anybody know where to get new bogey wheels for a 1970 Wheel Horse Safari 295.

Mr. 856

go to vintagesleds.com and put an add in the classified sections youd be suprised whats still out there. Its a great site with a wealth of knowledge. The wheel horse sleds pop up from time to time there. Somebody has to have what your looking for there. You certainly arent going to get them through your local Toro dealer. Im really into vinatage sleds and have a shop full of them. Mostly Moto ski's but a few others in the mix. Old iron rules and thats exactly why I have a 1966 856 instead of a new home cheapo bought tractor. Old sleds actually have to be ridden!!! I love this stuff.

Ok thanks for the tip. I love old stuff too. Beats buying a new stamped out frame tractor when you can still use a tractor that is 50 years old and perform the job just the same as a new one

Dennis Kirk will probably have aftermarket replacements. That is where I get all of my vintage sled stuff. Just type in Dennis Kirk and it will come up. You can probably even get some of the "Cool" colors to doll it up a bit.
