Car getting VERY low MPG? Ideas anyone?

Want a great reader for cheap?  Get the Android Torque app and an inexpensive Bluetooth OBDII adapter.  For a total of $20, my phone reads the codes on my Powerstroke 6.0 where more expensive readers couldn't.  You can also program some specific monitors to get real time diagnostic information.

Cool, I'm going to try that.  I even found the Pro app on my PC from a previous download. (I'll share if nobody objects)   I'm going to buy one adapter for each car and leave it in there.

The app is only like $5 well worth the money to support the developer.  I have an inexpensive Bluetooth adapter which works, but not as well as the more expensive ones.  It's fine for what I use it for, and I too keep it in the glove box, it takes no room and I have a great diagnostic tool anytime I have my phone, and being a 6.0 owner it's a necessity.

I just figured that since the website seems to encourage sharing of copyrighted material by hosting manuals that one more file wouldn't matter.

If that's how you wish to justify it

Get rid of the "custom air intake" and re-install the oem one. I suspect with this intake you're mass air flow sensor has been negatively affected. Do the scan, may need O2 sensor(s) also. Make sure (not too likely) you don't have a brake caliper hanging up and dragging. You would probably smell it if you did.
