Anyone ever make a forklift for front ?

My GT14 has the PTO hydrolic lift for the front snow blower.  This go me thinking about when I take the snow blower off this week, what could I use the hydro lift for in the front.  Why not a small fork type lift to lift logs up, and carry back to yard...   Anyone ever make anything like that?   Can't be very hard....   ?

Kelly made one for his loader, use part of an old truck grill guard. I don't see why you could make one similar to a Johnny Bucket lift.

IN THE SUMMER I TAKE JUST THE PLOW BLADE OFF MY GT-14 AND I MADE A UNIT TO HAVE A TRAILER HITCH BALL ON THE FRAME. THIS GIVES ME A FRONT TRAILER BALL TO MOVE MY TRAILERS. I JUST COME UP TO THE TRAILER AND RAISE THE FRAME TO LIFT THE TRAILER.  RUSS

That's a good idea.  I need to find a cheap plow I can take the blade off of for it.

I think you are better off finding a 3pt hitch for it and getting a carry-all.... The rearend is designed to support much more weight than the front.

Would love to, but there are none.  The one that was for sale on ebay was $350.  That's what hte whole tractor is worth.  ;)

I DO HAVE A 3 POINT HITCH ON THE BACK, BUT IS BETTER TO MOVE TRAILERS WITH THE FRONT HITCH. I ALSO HAVE A CARRY-ALL ON THE BACK. I HAVE A CRANE ON THE BACK OF MY 417-8-DIESEL TO PICK HEAVY THINGS.
