squonk 43,714 #1 Posted February 19, 2013 (edited) Picking this 03 Toyota 4 Runner upon Wednesday. 104,000 mi. Just broke in. Runs and drives like a Caddy. Get the front end up when you tromp on it. Moon roof, tow package and more leg room than my 05 Colorado crew cab . Black to match my Horse Hauler Trailer. Edited February 19, 2013 by squonk

AMC RULES 37,195 #5 Posted February 19, 2013 Really nice Mike...actually debating on replacing my hauler with this Toyota myself...at the very least... the color would be right.

squonk 43,714 #8 Posted February 20, 2013 My wife all ready reserved a cabin in Gettsyburg. Maybe next year.I'll have to find some red &white checkerboard curtains for it.
tunahead72 2,543 #9 Posted February 20, 2013 Nice 4Runner, Mike! I've always liked them, never owned one. As far as I know, they're one of only two SUV's that's remained totally true to the body-on-frame design (the Nissan Xterra is the other one, both Japanese, go figure). For my money, "driving like a truck" is not a bad thing. Have fun with it, hope to see you at the show -- I'll be looking for the red & white checkerboard curtains.
