Kelly 1,028 #3 Posted December 26, 2012 (edited) Sounds like a 1982 SB421 kind of a cheaper model with no extras on them, like no lights low back seat, no seat springs, I think they came with narrow front wheels, smaller tires on the rear, and the briggs 11hp and they used the old C series sheet metal.
