fireman 1,021 #7 Posted December 26, 2012 (edited) It's says right on the drawing 1/4" Stock. The main piece that it's welded to is 3/8". Edited December 26, 2012 by fireman
Kelly 1,028 #8 Posted December 26, 2012 Thanks I seen the upright part was 1/4" but was not 100% sure if the 3/8" ment the hole or the plate size, I kinda planned on the 3/8" if I didn't get a for sure answer.
buckrancher 2,678 #9 Posted December 26, 2012 yes the main U shaped part is 3/8" and the weld on piece for the upper link is made from 1/4" stock Brian
Kelly 1,028 #10 Posted December 26, 2012 thank you, I never made it to town today with the weather and doing a few things here, so tomorrow I'll pick up some steel, to fab up a mount.
Alan_Heist 7 #11 Posted December 27, 2012 Out of curiosity, where is the original drawings listed for this 3-pt fab?
Kelly 1,028 #12 Posted December 27, 2012 I think the drawing is from a parts list, but Brian, Buckrancher added the dimensions to it when a member I think Martin asked for them, and it might be in the build Brian did on a nice C-195 he did a year or so ago.
