stevasaurus 23,307 #4 Posted December 20, 2012 (edited) Jay, is this Jerry Pugh that passed away?? If it is, I was privileged to have him as a friend on Skype and I was able to help him put a transmission together about 2 years ago. He was very good people...my prayers to his family. Thanks for letting us know. TT put in the information as I was typing the above. Edited December 20, 2012 by stevasaurus

19richie66 17,655 #6 Posted December 20, 2012 http://www.osceolame...09&MName=Gerald M. Pugh Hey guys, this was my father. He had a heart attack at work sunday evening. It was sudden and he had no suffering so in that respect I am thankful.Still hard though.I just wanted to say thanks for letting my dad be a part of your family. He enjoyed talking tractors.I have to try now and go through his stuff to see what all i have I can fix and what I have to part out.It will take me a while.I do have a 1966 1057 that he gave me last year that I will eventually refinish in his honor.I will be around but it may a while before I can get started. Thanks again and God Bless,Richard Pugh Oh yeah one more thing..... take those near and dear to you and tell them you love them as often as possible.Never know when the last hug might be.Don't wait! I was lucky as I got mine the night before.I at least got that chance.
19richie66 17,655 #7 Posted December 20, 2012 Thanks Steve for the transmission help also.I was there when you and Dad were talking. He had one piece that was worn out and i think you had sold him a replacement part for it.We got it going and he was so happy.I just can't remember which tractor it was. Thanks again,Richard
stevasaurus 23,307 #8 Posted December 20, 2012 Richard, I remember when you and I talked trying to get your dad on to Skype. He and I actually talked quite a few times after the transmission thing, and I was very glad to be able to help. Although I never got to meet him personally, you know that with Skype, you can do video. I feel like I knew him and he will be missed...my prayers with you and yours. Correct me if I do not get this right, but on the old Red Square he was jpcloud or close to that. I remember that when the old Red Square went away, he was one of the guys that got lost in the shuffle and I helped him get to Karl to get on to the New Red Square, but he changed his handle at that point. He was a special guy Richard, and I miss him also. You are right...hug the ones you love every day.
