Look down through the slot is the rod attached ? Follow the rod back to the trans spray it up with WD40, PD blaster what ever and work the rod back and forth. The high low and diff both seem to get stuck sometimes. I think it because they don't get used much.

Do you have the manuals for yours?

If you follow the rod back on the right axle tube is where the dif lock is. All that holds it is a ball and detent in the shaft They sometimes get stuck nothing major. You may have to pull the axle and manually move the rod. I'd try working it loose from outside first On top of the tube over the rod is a bolt take it out carefully theres a spring under it spray it full of PB blaster and keep trying it. Usually they work free
