C-101 attach-a-matic questions.

I used my C-101 today to mow part of my lawn, works great. But I have to ask, what pulley do you use for the mower deck? I used the outer one and it cut well but it's performance seemed rather lackluster unless I went slow, then I moved it to the inner pulley and it got that nice propeller hum from the blades and it cut beautifully, even in 2-high, but the belt seems slightly off kilter to me.

The inner pulley is for the mower deck because the large diameter of the pulley results in a faster rotation on the mower deck.

The outer pulley is for tiller and snow blower. smaller pulley results in slower speed.

How do you route your forward pulley block? Do you have the flat pulley on the inside or outside of the V pulley?

I don't actually have a front mule drive for my C-165 yet.

But my brother has a C-160 and he has the vee pulley towards the inside of the tractor.

And, the flat idler pulley on the outside.
