400 Mower deck lift rod

i have and original deck that presently has a piece of chain for lifting, wondered if someone could give me the dimensions of the original rod. Thanks

My 400's deck is off the tractor and fairly accessible. I'll try to remember to measure it for you over the weekend if someone doesn't beat me to it. You have the L bracket for the slot hitch?

Yes I have the bracket just missing the rod. Thanks

The lift rod is 3/8" rod 24 1/2" long. There are cotter pin holes about 1/8" from each end, and the end connected to the slot hitch has a 1 inch 90 degree bend.
