I have used uShip to find a shipper for several tractors including a Ride-Away Senior and 953. Individuals bid on the job. I was very satisfied.

A friend at work just had a '70 chevell delivered from new hampshire to indiana in an enclosed trailer for $800. Said it was well worth it. He also used Uship.

Good luck.

I had a pickup truck shipped from Chicago to southern Ct for around $600 not enclosed. Also used the same company to ship our car to my Son in SYR Ny. I think it was around $400. Jim

I used Forward Air once to ship a boat motor from CT to TX. They actually have metal shipping containers you can rent to put it in if you don't have a pallet or wanted better protection for it.

I have had great luck with UShip.... less than half the quoted price of local moving companies. Never had a problem.

I still have a couple GT's (as in Garden Tractor) for you (in case the shipping blows your deal)...of course they are all Wheel Horses and shipping is free when you pick them up!

If you are looking for a WH GT-14, now that is a different story....I think I know where one is right in your back yard!!!!
