tube/tire help

ok this may sound likw a dumb question but i have never done it before so i have no clue how to do it. i want to install tubes in my 314hs rear tires. i bought the tubes to day. do i have to remove the hole tie or just break one side? what is the best way/best tools to use. im sorry for so many dumb questions but thank you for all the help.

You will need to break down 1 side only. I would break down the side where the valve stem will protude the rim.

Ditto on that and put a nice coat of talcum powder on that tube, that will help it slip around and find its happy new home.

As I have said before don't worry about asking "dumb questions" I do it most every day. This bunch of guys has the knowledge and are very forgiving.
