please help identify a sickle mower

Can't for the life of me figure out how to post pictures from my phone. It's red and about four feet long. On the casting it has the numbers 101100.

Any ideas?

Not really. It has a shell almost over the belts and pulleys. Covers them from the front and top. I guess i should add that it's not wheel horse red. More of a maroon
