Ole MN 11 #1 Posted September 15, 2012 I have a Johnson Loader on my GT 14 and I believe the pump is not putting out enough pressure. The most I get is about 500psi when bucket or tilt is maxed out. I have been trying to find out the specs for the pump Cessna but haven't been able to find. I got a part number that was stamped on the pump but still can't find anything. Im thinking I have a modle 14. Any info would be helpful or what size pump I would need to replace it. Thanks Brad
sorekiwi 761 #2 Posted September 15, 2012 I cnat help you off the top of my head but if you search on WeekendFreedomMachines.com you'l find a bunch on info from the JD guys. I dont remember any of the details, but there are a lot of threads talking about what pressures and volumes to run, as well as suitable replacement pumps for the Johnsons. shorts 182 #3 Posted September 18, 2012 Have you checked the pressure relief valve? If it's improperly adjusted, or has a damaged/broken spring it won't let the pump make pressure. it's part of the spool/conrol valve assembly,
