Actually that's a high current starter switch as used on Farmall H and many others....

Worst part is he probably spent more for that starter button then what the proper switch would have cost. The lamp cord is a nice touch bet it gets mighty hot when he starts it :scared-eek::laughing-rolling: :scratchead:

Was not lamp cord, Looked to be 10 guage solid copper wire with a heavy rubber like coating.

Oh sorry, was checking out the MF-8 in the back ground, grew up on a 7.... looks like a bright/dim foot switch on an old 70's car....
