I have a Wheel Horse with a couple of factory mismarkings on it. The parts men would get confused and tell me there was no such model when I gave them the model # 10460.No such animal.Turns out they forgot to stamp the dash after the 1.Looking up 1-0460 makes a difference. It is a 12 Automatic, but under the 12 Automatic decal there is another decal,Charger. Not supposed to be both.I bought this tractor new in 1973,I never added decals to it.I got two mower deck when I bought it,a 5-1010 (42 inch) and a 5-1210 (48 inch)My original parts sheet for them shows the components to be the same. However, the new parts listings shows the center pulley to be stepped for the 42 inch and the same size top and bottom for the 48 inch. The one now called for on the 42 will not fit.It bottoms out on the deck before it seats on the double D shaft. Was it done at the factory? Dealer? Everything I've replaced on it I've done with exact replacements so I wouldn't have a mixed up mess to figure out when anything went wrong.I've always kept pulleys, bearings, shafts, and one spare quill around. Now I just found out that I can no longer get the cup,or spring washer that holds the blade on.
