tomb12 0 #1 Posted July 27, 2012 Hello everyone, I just joined the site and Im hoping you can help me. I have a Wheelhorse B-80 with a rebuilt Kohler 8 hp motor, 3 forward and 1 reverse transmission and a rebuilt 32" deck. I used it for almost a full season of mowing and have stored it indoors for a couple of years now. I am currently cleaning it up and working on getting it running again. I have a new battery to install after I finish changing the oil. Then its just cleaning it up to make it look nice again. It has been primered in Wheelhorse red but never repainted. It has no decals, hood ornament or foot mats. But my brother in law gave it working headlights, a taillight and an amp meter. Tires are original as far as I can tell. My goal is to sell the tractor so my question for you is, Should I get the parts listed above that are missing and install them or clean it up and sell it as is? Will these finishing pieces make the tractor worth more? What is a reasonable price to ask after getting it up and running and cleaned up? Thanks for the advice and help! Tom I will put up some pics after I finish the oil change and some minor cleaning.
