No excuse, but here's why my Raider project wasn't done for the show. This project coupled with the fact my good buddy wasn't able to do the sand blasting he promised . . .

Been looking for a particular boat for about 8 months and found it a steal price. . . except the bottom needed repainted. No small task. Copper anti-fouling paint is supposed to be a hazard . . . I think everything is now . . .

Sooo . . . first coat I picked from the color chart . . . that don't match :angry-screaming:

Ok, while that dries lets redo the trailer bunks

So buy a gallon of stripper, spend three evenings of quality time with rubber gloves and wife under boat , resand, repaint . . .

So then I decide the out drive needs painted

A little zinc-chromite primer

So I order a new swim ladder and find they revised the design and it no longer fits without a fiberglass mod

Now it fits

Now we are all happy. THAT is why my tractor wasn't done B)

I wasn't convinced either when the guy helping told me what we were going to do Actually it was pretty solid, you could climb around in the boat and everything.

Hook up the Wheel Horse pulling the boat and I bet it makes the cover! Great job on the repaint and the boat looks super! No joke on the pulling it would look great.
